Allegheny County

Denim For Diabetes
Want to make a difference at work? You're invited to participate in the American Diabetes Association's Campaign: Denim for Diabetes. For a suggested donation of $5, employees & co-workers will receive a Denim for Diabetes sticker entitling them to wear denim to work - and making them ambassadors for diabetes awareness in your company and in our community.

To receive your kit, fill out and return the Denim for Diabetes registration form, or contact Shannon Davis at sdavis@diabetes.org or call 412.824.1181 ext. 4604.
 

Berks County

Take the Two Pounds Per Person Food Challenge! Bring donated food for the Greater Berks Food Bank to our annual Heart Health event and receive an extra raffle ticket for each item donated for an extra chance to win our Grand Prize!

Chester County

Free Blood Pressure Screenings
Chester County Hospital along with Neighborhood Health Agencies, Inc.(NHA) offers free monthly blood pressure screenings at the locations listed here. No appointments are necessary. 

At sites throughout the county, registered nurses and other trained health professionals will take your blood pressure and provide you with educational literature to help you keep your blood pressure under control. Blood pressure screening programs for your group or business can also be arranged.
 

Montgomery County

Free Blood Pressure Screenings - Main Line Health
The Main Line Health screen team will be on hand to perform free blood pressure screenings for members of our community. Registration is not required. Click here to find out the times and locations for upcoming screening events.
