The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's (AHA) premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country's #1 and #5 killers - heart disease and stroke.

There are AHA Hearts Walks being held across the country in 2020, with several right here in Pennsylvania. Visit the AHA Heart Walk website and type in your zipcode to find the Heart Walks being held in your area.

Join JDRF for it's annual educational summit that brings together all within the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. TypeOneNation is a day of education where you can talk to experts about research advances, meet with other attendees to exchange ideas, and participate in discussions important to you. Educational sessions will be focused on T1D care and management and will be geared toward different audiences. There are two summits being held in PA - please see below.

Tour de Cure is the premiere fundraising event for the American Diabetes Association®. At Tour de Cure you, your friends, co-workers, and family can ride, run, or walk any of our fully supported routes with well-stocked rest stops to fuel your journey. Participants are treated to lunch and a fun finish line party geared towards showing support for our participants living with diabetes, celebrating Champion fundraisers ($1,000+ participants) and gathering as a diabetes community to work together towards a day when we are all free from the burdens of diabetes.
