What You Need to Know
If you submit immunization on paper forms:
- DPH will stop accepting paper forms in the very near future. Quality Insights can assist you with manual data entry of immunizations into DelVax or electronic submission through your electronic health record.
- In order to qualify for meaningful use incentives, an intent to send immunizations electronically to DPH must be initiated. Quality Insights can assist you in moving forward with your electronic health record (EHR) vendor and DPH to electronically submit immunization to DPH.
